- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 2tablespoons fresh parsley
- spring onion (to serve)
- 1 curried sausages recipe base
- 600grams potato
- 5milliliter canola cooking spray
- 8 thin sausages
- 200grams peas
Description

Method
Step 1 of 5
Spray pan with canola oil and heat, add sausages and cook until brown. Set aside and slice.
Step 2 of 5
Cook onion until soft, then return sausages to the pan.
Step 3 of 5
Add Curried Sausages recipe base and milk, stir through.
Step 4 of 5
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with 1kg long grain rice (cooked as per instructions on pack).
