- 800grams vanilla frosting
- 2 Woolworths white chocolate mud cakes
- 1 punnet rosemary
- 1tablespoons icing sugar mixture
Description
Dreaming of a white Christmas? This delightful white chocolate mud cake with 'snow-covered pine trees' is the answer and comes together effortlessly.

Method
Step 1 of 5
Empty vanilla frosting into a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until thickened.
Step 2 of 5
Remove mud cakes from packaging. Place one cake, icing-side up, on a cake plate. Spread with 2 tbs of frosting. Sandwich with the second cake, icing-side down.
Step 3 of 5
Spread top and side of cake with half of the frosting. Chill cake for 30 minutes or until icing is firm.
Step 4 of 5
Trim rosemary sprigs to varying lengths to create short and tall trees.
Step 5 of 5
Spread remaining frosting over top and side of cake, adding some swirls to the top. Gently press rosemary upside down into the top of the cake to form trees. Dust with cing sugar mixture. Serve.
