- 25grams unsalted butter (to fry)
- 4 slice fruit loaf
- 100grams dark chocolate
- 2 eggs

Method
Step 1 of 3
Make two sandwiches using 4 slices of spicy fruit loaf, sliced strawberries and pieces of dark chocolate. Whisk 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk or cream in a shallow dish. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture to coat both sides.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side until golden. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3 of 3
Dust with icing sugar, cut in half and serve.
