- 600milliliter thickened cream
- 30grams butter
- 790grams sweetened condensed milk
- 2tablespoons golden syrup
- 290grams dark chocolate melts
- 1packets microwave popcorn, popped
- 1/4teaspoons sea salt flakes

Step 1 of 4
In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate melts. Stir constantly over low heat until melted and smooth. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled.

In large bowl, use electric mixer to beat chocolate mixture on low speed for 2-3 minutes. Add cream and beat until thick & creamy. Spoon mixture into 12 individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. For the salted caramel popcorn:

Pop the popcorn as per directions on pack.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, butter & golden syrup in pan and stir over a moderate heat until boiling. Reduce heat and stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until it has thickened. Stir in sea salt and popcorn. Divide gooey salted caramel popcorn over chilled mousse.
