Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180. Grease 6 x 1/2 cup ramekins and place on a tray.

Step 2 of 5

Break chocolate into pieces, reserving 6 squares. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add spread and chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 3 of 5

Using electric beaters, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together for 5 minutes until pale and thick. Lightly fold in chocolate and flour until combined. Divide between ramekins. Press 1 reserved chocolate square into centre. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4 of 5

Meanwhile, place berries in a small saucepan with icing sugar. Heat over low heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside.

Step 5 of 5

Run a knife inside edge of ramekins to loosen puddings. Place a plate on top of each, then turn over. Leave ramekins for 2 minutes, then remove. Serve with cream and warm berries. Note: Vanilla extract is different to vanilla essence.
