  • 300grams dark cooking chocolate
  • 4tablespoons icing sugar
  • 125grams butter
  • 300grams frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup almond spread
  • 1 ramekins

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 6 x 1/2 cup ramekins and place on a baking tray.

Step 2 of 5

Break chocolate into pieces, reserving 6 squares. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add spread and chocolate. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 3 of 5

Meanwhile, place berries into a small saucepan with icing sugar. Heat over low heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside.

Step 4 of 5

Run a knife inside the edge of ramekins to loosen puddings. Place a plate on top of each, then turn over. Leave ramekins for 2 minutes, then remove.

Step 5 of 5

Top with warm berries. Serve.
