  • 1 avocado, roughly mashed (to fill)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced (to fill)
  • 1 carrot, shredded (to fill)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce (to fill)
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 10 taco shells
  • 375grams mild salsa

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook whole chicken as per packet instructions. Remove meat and discard bones. Shred meat.

Step 2 of 4

Heat Taco Shells following packet instructions.

Step 3 of 4

Fill with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrot, roughly mashed avocado.

Step 4 of 4
