- 1 avocado, roughly mashed (to fill)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced (to fill)
- 1 carrot, shredded (to fill)
- 1 iceberg lettuce (to fill)
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 10 taco shells
- 375grams mild salsa
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook whole chicken as per packet instructions. Remove meat and discard bones. Shred meat.
Step 2 of 4
Heat Taco Shells following packet instructions.
Step 3 of 4
Fill with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrot, roughly mashed avocado.
Step 4 of 4
