  • 80grams chicken
  • 4 new potatoes
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 6tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 50grams mozzarella
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 1 small handful fresh rosemary leaves (small handful)
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)
  • 1 pizza dough ball

Method

Step 1 of 9

Set dough on side to air for a minimum of 1 hour.

Step 2 of 9

Slice chicken into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until tender. Set aside to cool.

Roll out dough to packets recommended size.

Step 4 of 9

Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.

Step 5 of 9

Chop the potatoes into thin slices. In a bowl mix the potato slices, rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 6 of 9

Place potato slices on pizza and add mozzarella and chicken pieces.

Step 7 of 9

Cook at 180°C until golden, 15-20 minutes depending on oven.

Step 8 of 9

Finely chop basil and sprinkle across pizza.
