- 1/2 qty big batch meatballs in tomato basil sauce, thawed overnight in fridge, if necessaryingredient tip
- 4 crusty jumbo long rolls
- 1 cup Italian-inspired cheese blend
- 25grams parmesan, finely grated
- 30grams baby rocket leaves
Description
Enjoy homemade meatballs tucked into toasted rolls, then topped with parmesan and rocket. It's quick, easy and delicious.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place meatballs in sauce in a medium saucepan and heat, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, preheat grill. Cut rolls lengthways through centre, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Open rolls a little. Sprinkle with cheese blend and grill for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon meatballs in sauce into rolls. Serve topped with parmesan and rocket.
