Lighter Burger Sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 2teaspoons Woolworths mild American mustard
- 1teaspoons tomato sauce
- 1/2teaspoons ground paprika
- 2teaspoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams Woolworths Angus Beef Burgers Sea Salt & Pepper
- 1tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
- 140grams sweet berry truss tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup drained bread & butter pickles
- 1 French shallot, finely chopped
- 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Description
All the flavours of a classic cheeseburger in a superb salad. Try this lighter burger salad with crunchy lettuce, juicy beef patties and burger sauce.
Instruction tip
Variation:Add your favourites, such as sliced beetroot or grilled pineapple, just as you would when building a burger.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add patties and Worcestershire sauce, then cook for 15 minutes, breaking up patties with a wooden spoon, or until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, to make the lighter burger sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Season with pepper
Step 3 of 3
Arrange lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles and burger mince in bowls. Top with shallot and sesame seeds. Serve drizzled with burger sauce.
