Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius.

Step 2 of 5

One at a time, place pasty sheet on a chopping board, spread Vegemite and sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 3 of 5

Roll pastry sheet and cut into 10 equal portions.

Step 4 of 5

Place cut up scrolls onto lined baking tray and brush with egg mixture. Sprinkle with a little extra cheese.

Step 5 of 5

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until pastry is golden.
