  • 4tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hummus (to serve)

Description

The addition of Parmesan and rosemary transforms a simple wrap into a gourmet snack in mere minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lay the wraps on a work surface and brush all over on both sides with the olive oil.

Step 2 of 4

Scatter them with the rosemary and Parmesan and season well with pepper. Place on a baking tray.

Step 3 of 4

Bake them at the top of the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, puffed up and crispy. Watch them carefully for the last minute, as they burn quickly.

Step 4 of 4

Remove them from the oven, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. When they are cool, break them into jagged, irregular pieces and serve with hummus or baba ghanoush.
