Description
Amp up your potato chips with creamy cheese and salty bacon for a movie-night snack that's hard to beat.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon for 4-5 minutes or until just golden.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange chips, in a single layer, on prepared baking tray. Sprinkle with cheese, then bacon. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until just golden. Sprinkle with onion. Serve.
