Description

No one needs to know that you made this decadent self-saucing chocolate pudding in your slow cooker with a Woolworths chocolate cake mix. Winning!

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place cake mix, eggs, milk and butter in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined. Fold chocolate through cake mixture.

Step 2 of 3

Spoon custard into the base of a 5.5L slow cooker. Carefully pour cake mixture over custard. Lay a tea towel on top of slow cooker, then cover with lid. Fold up overhanging tea towel so it sits on lid without hanging down the sides of slow cooker. Cook pudding on high for 1 hour 35 minutes, or until cake springs back when gently pressed and custard sauce is bubbling at sides.

Step 3 of 3

Divide pudding among bowls. Dust with cocoa and top with raspberries. Serve.
