Description
Nothing says comforting and convenient like a three-ingredient budget-friendly dessert. This tasty mixed-berry cobbler with a deliciously crisp crust will disappear as soon as it's out of the oven.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease a 16x22cm (base) rectangular metal baking dish.
Step 2 of 2
Place berries in prepared dish. Place cake mix in a large bowl. Add half of the melted butter. Using a fork, fold mixture until coarse breadcrumbs form. In small handfuls, gently press mixture to form clumps, then place over berries. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
