- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 420grams tin cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 pinch freshly ground black peper
- 100grams baby rocket
- 4 marinated artichokes, quartered
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 3teaspoons olive oil
- 800grams tuna steaks

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook tuna for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Place onto plates and drizzle with lemon juice.

Meanwhile, in a separate pan, warm the olive oil with the garlic and lemon zest.

Add the beans and stir gently until warmed through. Remove from heat and add artichokes and red onion.
Step 4 of 4
Arrange rocket leaves on serving plates and top with bean mixture.
