Description
Enjoy an easy weeknight dessert with this easy carrot cake recipe. You may top it with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting upon serving.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a baking pan. Mix pineapple, carrots and walnuts.
Step 2 of 3
Evenly distribute the dry cake mix over the pineapple and carrot mix. Pour melted butter over top and distribute evenly.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown, mostly dry on top and bubbly around edges.
