  • 4 medium rockmelon whole, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 150grams apple juice

Description

A very refreshing and light sorbet that allows the sweetness of the melon to shine through. A real palette cleanser.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add all ingredients to a pot on a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 2 of 2

Blend all ingredients and then place into a sealable container suitable for freezing. Freeze for up to 4 hours before serving.
