- 1tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 mango
- 2tablespoons light sour cream
- 2tablespoons lime, juice
Method
Step 1 of 3
Peel the mango, pull the flesh off the seed and discard the seed.
Step 2 of 3
Using a food processer blend the mango flesh with the light sour cream adding the lime juice and the mango chutney. Continue blending until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
Step 3 of 3
Now season with salt and pepper. Pour it into a bowl with a lid and pop it in the fridge so it’s nice and cool when you are ready to serve.
