- 90grams dark chocolate, melted
- 6 Woolworths original waffle cones
- 800grams fresh ricotta (from the deli)
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1/2 cup icing sugar mixture
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 small orange, zested
- 126grams raspberries
- 2teaspoons choco flakes
Description
This ricotta-stuffed waffle cone treat makes an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place chocolate in a small bowl. Working with one cone at a time, dip the top of each cone 2cm into the chocolate to coat. Place cones on a sheet of baking paper and set aside for 20 minutes or until chocolate has set.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, place ricotta, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and zest in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Spoon ricotta mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1.5cm fluted nozzle.
Step 3 of 3
Pipe ricotta mixture into cones, then place cones in a cup or glass to stand upright. Top each with a raspberry and sprinkle choco flakes. Serve.
