Full of crunch but with a welcome addition of creamy goats cheese.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the crushed hazelnuts and shallots on a baking tray and roast for 8 minutes. Heat up a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the broccoli florets for 4 minutes until softened.
Step 2 of 2
Drain the broccoli and place in a serving bowl with the hazelnuts and shallots from the oven. Sprinkle the goats cheese over the top and drizzle with oil before serving.
