- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 200grams bacon
- 3 shallots
- 1 cup finely shredded tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1/4teaspoons salt
- 1/4teaspoons pepper

Description
Bacon egg and cheese bread muffins, perfect for breakfast, lunch boxes or snacks. Delicious hot or cold.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Melt the butter. Turn on the oven 170 fan forced. Dice bacon and shallots. Fried lightly is a frying pan.
Step 2 of 4
Set Bacon and shallots aside. Spray a muffin tin with canola oil. Sift flour, add salt and pepper and cheese. Mix butter, eggs and milk together.
Step 3 of 4
Add All ingredients together and mix with a wooden spoon till just combined. Divide mixture into muffin tin and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Serve with a nice dollop of Butter?
