  • 250grams strawberries, hulled, halved, plus extra to serve
  • 125grams raspberries, plus extra to serve

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats, plus extra to serve
  • 1 1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 2teaspoons honey

Place all ingredients, except extra berries and extra oats, in a blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until well combined and thick. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra berries and oats. Serve immediately.
