- 2tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 slice light tasty cheddar cheese
- 12 slice wholemeal bread
- 4 eggs

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C. Trim the crusts from the bread slices and using a rolling pin, roll the bread slices lightly until thin. Brush one side with melted butter.
Step 2 of 4
Press buttered side down into a medium 12-hole muffin tin. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Step 3 of 4
Spoon the beans evenly between the bread cases. Lightly whisk the eggs and pour over the beans. Tear cheese slices into pieces and place some on top of each bread case.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until hot and golden.
