  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 red capsicums
  • 6 rashers bacon
  • 5 cup bolognese sauce (extra garlic)
  • 3 large onions, cook on the bbq flat plate
  • 2tablespoons italian mixed herbs
  • 16 green prawns
  • 2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 5 cup cooked pasta (your favourite )
  • 1 large jar marinated eggplant
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 splash olive oil
  • 2tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1tablespoons arrowroot

You can use your own favourite like red capsicum and lamb.

Method

Step 1 of 8

Marinate the chicken breasts in some olive oil and the Italian mixed herbs rub in the arrowroot powder and garlic. Leave in the fridge overnight to marinate.

Cook on the bbq all the other ingredients on the flat plate once cooked place on a tray in the oven at 60°C just to keep warm. If no bbq cook in a wok or a very hot fry pan, must be hot.

Sprinkle the lot with the crumbled feta cheese. Sprinkle lots of fresh chopped parsley on top.

Cook on the BBQ the chicken breast allow to rest slice and keep warm.

Heat up a large saucepan of water add the cooked pasta just before you are ready to serve.

Heat up but don't boil your spaghetti bolognese sauce, try making a sauce with extra garlic.

Step 7 of 8

On a large hot plate or platter arrange each of the bbq foods. Fill the centre with the piping hot pasta.

Pour over the hot pasta sauce.
