- 8 soft white wraps
- 500grams cook lamb strips souvlaki style

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Bring lamb to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook lamb for 8-10 minutes, turning often, or until charred on all sides.

Open wraps, discard freshness sachet and microwave in pack for 45 seconds.
Step 4 of 4
To assemble souvlaki, top wraps with salad mix, tabbouleh and lamb.
