  • 3teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 4tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoons worchestershire sauce
  • 1teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2teaspoons paprika

Description

These sticky wings have a pleasing sweetness, but make sure you have enough napkins on hand.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Bake the chicken wings on baking tray for 35 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

While the wings are baking, put the rest of the ingredients in a pot on a medium heat and stir while simmering for 5 minutes or until the sugar melts and the sauce starts to reduce.

Step 3 of 4

Remove sauce from the heat and set to one side. Remove the wings from the oven, drain excess liquid and then shallow fry a further 6 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Remove wings from the fryer and toss in the BBQ sauce before serving.
