- 340grams Barilla Spaghetti
- 1 Barilla basilico tomato basil sauce
- 150grams bacon
- 1 chili red pepper
- pecorino cheese, grated
- 1teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 1teaspoons pepper (to taste)
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cut the guanciale or bacon into strips and sauté in a frying pan without any oil.
Step 2 of 4
When the guanciale is cooked, add the chilli pepper and Basilico sauce. Let everything simmer for a few minutes.

Cook the Spaghetti in a pot of slightly salted boiling water according to instructions on the pack.
Step 4 of 4
Once the Spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain, and toss in a frying pan with the sauce. Finish with a handful of grated Pecorino cheese.
