  • 2tablespoons lime juice
  • 1teaspoons pepper
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoons salt

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. Set aside.

Place all salsa ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Add the dressing and let it marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator, serve at room temperature with corn chips, wraps, tacos, salads, grills and more.
