  • 6 stalk broccolini
  • 6 pieces pumpkin gnocchi
  • 1 dollop sour cream
  • 1 splash oil, for frying

Description

Simple tasty using two cooking methods with the brocollini.

Method

Step 1 of 7

skin sausages and create 4 meatballs from each sausage.

Step 2 of 7

Chop stalks of brocollini into small pieces.

Step 3 of 7

Oil frypan and add meatballs turning to brown all over.

Step 4 of 7

After 10 minutes add gnocchi and brocollini stalks.

Step 5 of 7

Cook until meatballs cooked through.

Step 6 of 7

Cook florets on brocollini in microwave for 1 minute.

Step 7 of 7

Plate and dollop sour cream on base of florets.
