  • 2tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 15grams strawberry crisps, crushed
  • 2tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 3 bananas, peeled
  • 2tablespoons almond spread

Description

This nutritionally approved snack will be a hit with the kids. Simply coat three bananas in delicous flavours and cut into slices to enjoy banana sushi.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place coconut, strawberry and cacao on separate plates. Coat 1 banana with one-third of the almond spread. Roll banana in coconut. Place on a plate and chill for 5 minutes or until coating is firm. Repeat the process with remaining bananas and almond spread, and then strawberries and cacao.

Step 2 of 2

Cut each banana into 1cm-thick slices. Serve.
