- 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 1tablespoons honey
- 1000grams Meredith green lid yoghurt (to serve)
- 1 egg

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place 3/4 cup self-raising flour in a bowl. Combine 1 egg, 1 small mashed banana, 1/2 cup milk (or buttermilk) and 1 tablespoon of honey in a jug. Add mixture to flour.
Step 2 of 3
Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in an oiled pan over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles appear on surface, turn and cook until golden.
Step 3 of 3
Repeat to make 10 pikelets. Serve warm or at room temperature with yoghurt and fresh berries.
