Impress guests this festive season with a tasty ciabatta bread wreath featuring a baked triple cream brie centre topped with trail mix.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Remove bread wreath from packaging, leaving it in foil tray. Remove brie from packaging.
Step 2 of 3
Place cheese in bread wreath. Brush bread with honey, then sprinkle with nut mix. Top brie with jam. Spray with oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 3 of 3
Remove from oven. Serve decorated with rosemary sprigs.
