  • 1/2 cup continental parsley
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 1 lemon, 2 tsp zest
  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup flaked almonds, toasted

Description

This recipe fuses pesto and tapenade, with green herbs, garlic, olives and flaked almonds for a rich flavour and texture. Better yet, it’s dairy-free.

Method

Step 1 of 1

In a food processor combine almonds, olives, herbs, zest, garlic and oil. Process to a chunky paste. Season to taste. Transfer to a jar and cover in a thin layer of extra oil. Seal jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
