  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 12 walnuts
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 3tablespoons cocoa powder

Creamy, nutty, chocolatey and easy biscuits.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together.

Step 2 of 7

Sift flour and 2 tablespoons of the cocoa into the butter and sugar mixture.

Step 3 of 7

Fold in the cornflakes.

Step 4 of 7

Spoon onto a lined tray and press down with a fork.

Step 5 of 7

Cook for 15mins. Remove and cool on a rack.

Step 6 of 7

To make the icing mix together the icing sugar, 1 tablespoon if cocoa and a bit of hot water, mix until it becomes runny. Add more icing sugar if it is too runny.

Step 7 of 7

Ice each biscuit and top with a walnut.
