  • 4 wholemeal rolls, split
  • 4 oak lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices Woolworths light tasty cheese
  • 300grams Woolworths fine cut coleslaw
  • 4tablespoons hommus
  • 260grams lamb mince
  • 425grams canned diced beetroot, drained
  • 1teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2tablespoons wholegrain breadcrumbs

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Place lamb mince, beetroot and garlic in a food processor and blitz until combined. Stir in breadcrumbs and season with pepper. Form mixture into four burger patties.

Step 3 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes each side or until browned.

Step 4 of 4

Place patties on prepared tray, and cover each with two slices of cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until patties are cooked through. Spread 1 tbs hummus on each roll base, top with each with a pattie, tomato, lettuce, coleslaw and roll top. Serve remaining coleslaw on the side.
