Method
Step 1 of 2
Cook the sausages on a moderate grill for 10 minutes, turning regularly. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and beetroot in vegetable oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat for 5 minutes, until softened. Add the garlic and spices and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and sugar then season with salt and pepper.
