- 1/4 cup Angas Park Dried Apricots
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 cup rice bubbles

Method
Step 1 of 5
In a small tray line with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Melt chocolate,we used the microwave for 1 min 20 sec.
Step 3 of 5
Pour in melted chocolate, saving a little to drizzle to garnish.
Step 4 of 5
Add Cranberries, Apricots, pistachios & rice bubbles to melted chocolate, then drizzle with remaining chocolate to decorate.
Step 5 of 5
Refrigerate till set. Cut and package for gifting.
