Description
This is a beautiful light fluffy mud style cupcake.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. In a medium sized sauce pan add butter, sugar, chocolate and milk and heat on low until everything has melted together. Take off heat and let it cool down for 20 mins.
Step 2 of 3
Once cooled add essence, sifted flours and beaten egg. Pour into cupcake case and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
Step 3 of 3
Icing: you can either dust the top with sifted icing sugar, buttercream or ganache. The choice is yours.
