- 1tablespoons white wine vinegar

Method
Step 1 of 3
Peel and cut watermelon into 3cm cubes
Step 2 of 3
Place watermelon in a large bowl and add cucumber, onion, feta and mint, then toss to combine. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with extra mint and season.
Step 3 of 3
Combine oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Season, then drizzle over salad. Serve.
