- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup broccoli florets (cut into 2cm pieces)
- 1/2 brown onion (grated)
- 1 cup grated butternut pumpkin
- 1/2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup macaroni (cooked)
- 1/3 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1tablespoons chives

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a saucepan over low heat, then add onion and pumpkin and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and milk and simmer for 10 minutes or until milk has reduced by half.

Meanwhile, fill food flasks with boiling water and set aside.
Step 3 of 4
Remove pan from heat. Add cheese and mustard powder, stirring until cheese has melted. Add macaroni and chives, stirring to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Drain water from flasks and dry well. Spoon macaroni into food flasks, ready to serve.
