  • 2 1/2 cups Uncle Tobys Plus Immune Support
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup pepita seeds
  • 2 bananas, ripe, mashed
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

Method

Step 1 of 8

Pre-heat the oven to 160 C fan forced.

Step 2 of 8

Line one baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Step 3 of 8

Place all ingredients except the olive oil and maple in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 4 of 8

In a small bowl, add maple and olive oil and whisk until mixture slightly thickens.

Step 5 of 8

Combine maple mixture to the rest of ingredients and mix until well combined.

Step 6 of 8

With clean hands, tightly press two heaped tablespoons of the mixture into bars and arrange them on the prepared trays and flatten slightly.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 8 of 8

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
