- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 3 asparagus stalks , chopped in 3 cm lengths

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in pan medium heat. Slash turkey fillet and stuff it with kale and cheese. Use a bit of string to tie it up in a roll. Fry gently in a frypan for about 10 minutes turning occasionally until golden.

Set cooked turkey roll aside and rest a few minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Pan fry mushrooms and asparagus stalks about 2 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Slice turkey roll and assemble your meal.
