- 80grams butter
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 1kilograms potatoes
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 Woolworths Gold Turducken

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 170°C. Remove film from turducken tray. Spray meat with a little oil. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil. Cook for a further 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for 20 to 25 minutes or until just tender. Drain and cool slightly.
Step 3 of 4
Combine oil and butter in a baking dish. Heat in oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Add potatoes and turn to coat. Season with salt. Bake, turning occasionally, for 35 to 40 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Rest meat for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with roast potatoes.
