Description

Earthy truffle and garlic elevate classic mash to make it a real treat of a side dish.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and simmer the potatoes for 10-12 minutes until tender and then drain well and place back in the saucepan.

Step 2 of 3

Add the butter and garlic powder and mash until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Serve with truffle oil swirled on top and plenty of cracked black pepper.
