- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 165milliliter coconut milk
- 1/4teaspoons ground turmeric
- sourdough bread, toasted (to serve)
- fresh chives, chopped (to serve)
Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place tofu in a large bowl. Using back of a fork, smash tofu until it resembles scrambled eggs.
Step 2 of 2
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add tofu, milk and turmeric, then cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until milk has thickened slightly. Season well. Serve over sourdough and scattered with chives.
