- 290grams dark chocolate melts
- 2tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup blanched hazelnuts, toasted, roughly chopped
- 15grams strawberry crisps, crushed
Description
Dark chocolate bark with dried strawberries and nuts, this surprisingly easy dessert is perfect to serve to guests or gift to family and friends.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place chocolate melts in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through with a metal spoon, or until chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour chocolate onto tray and spread out to a 3mm-thick, 22 x 26cm rectangle.
Step 3 of 3
Sprinkle with nuts and strawberry crisps. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Break into large shards. Serve.
