  • 16 cooked tiger prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 1/4teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 60grams baby rocket
  • 100grams roasted red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Place pizza bases on pizza trays. Keep 1/2 cup cheese to one side and top bases with remaining cheese, capsicum, red onion, prawns and chilli flakes. Scatter over reserved cheese.

Step 2 of 2

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until pizza bases are crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into slices. Serve topped with rocket.
