  • 1tablespoons chopped pistachio kernels

Description

Drizzled in dark chocolate and coated in delicious toppings, these easy stuffed dates make a perfect crowd-pleasing treat for celebrations.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Using a small sharp knife, make a split down the length of each date. Remove and discard seeds.

Step 2 of 2

Spoon a little peanut butter into the split of each date and place on a tray. Using the picture as a guide, drizzle a few dates with melted chocolate. Set aside for 15 minutes to set. Meanwhile, sprinkle one-third of the remaining dates with coconut, one-third with pistachio and one-third with walnuts. Transfer to a plate. Serve.
