  • 190grams Barilla Pesto Alla Genovese
  • 60grams baby spinach
  • 250grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4packets Woolworths shaved parmesan (250g)
  • 1/2 bunch basil, leaves picked

Description

Make your own pesto for this recipe or use store-bought pesto for a pasta that's packed with basil and parmesan flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes, reserving ⅓ cup of cooking liquid. Drain and return pasta to the saucepan.

Step 2 of 3

Add pesto, reserved cooking liquid, spinach and tomatoes. Toss to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Serve pasta topped with shaved parmesan and basil leaves.
